Our Story
Hey family and friends! We're excited to share about For His Glory Movement – A House of Power! We're a Spirit-filled church in Carletonville, Khutsong South (TR159). This is where God moves powerfully in healing, deliverance, miracles, and breakthroughs.
Kids, teens, youth, young adults, and elders – every generation is welcome. Whether you're young in age or young at heart, there's a place for you here.
Our story started in 2021 when Pastor Mawonga Lucky Keni birthed this ministry during lockdown, when gatherings were banned. Instead of waiting, he kicked off daily prayer, worship, and Word sessions. What began small exploded into a full-time calling.
On January 25, 2026, we launched Sunday services, opened by Pastor Jurgens Schoeman from ENC Vaal, and Pastor Mawonga was ordained. We're built on Acts 1:8: “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses.” Lives are transformed, destinies released – right here!

Mawonga Lucky Keni
A Humble Saint Called from Youth
Born on 30 September 1998 in Carletonville to his mother, Sibongile Lucia Keni, and father, Zacharias Novhunga, Mawonga Lucky Keni's journey in preaching the gospel began in 2014 at Relebogile Secondary School in Carletonville, Khutsong. At just 15 or 16 years old in Grade 10, he stepped into his calling on a random school day. His classmates were in trouble with teachers, who reported the issue to their class teacher, Mrs. Van Rooyen. Recognising that Christ was the solution, she called Mawonga forward to preach and pray without any prior experience or preparation. Trembling as he stood, Mawonga began to speak, and the Holy Spirit took over.
From that moment, Mrs. Van Rooyen asked him to lead morning prayers before class every day. Mawonga flourished, expanding evangelism to other classes...
